MEET THE TRAINER...

Hello. I'm Ally Jarman, the owner of Paws & Progress.

I am a professional and passionate dog trainer serving Dorset and Hampshire, fully accredited by the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, the Animal Behaviour & Training Council, and the Canine Behaviour & Training Society.

I am able to support owners with a variety of topics, whether that is building confidence, focus around distractions, or general house manners. Please see below for a further look into topics we can discuss.

At Paws & Progress, I vow to only ever use ethical, reward-based techniques within my training. This not only helps to develop a strong bond with your dog (which is extremely vital), but also encourages the dog to think for themselves, resulting in much faster associative learning. By the end of your training with me, your dog will therefore recognise that behaving well pays off, in turn effectively decreasing their undesirable actions, both at home, and out and about.
